Little Ogee

Final game of the day, little ogee is a little comic character with an odd penchant for spitting on the floor and poking his head. The game is seemingly simple, but having said that I've got stuck twice - firstly getting over to the castle, which I got over with some help, and now I'm totally flummoxed by the room with the hanging chains. Any hints from all you gaming addicts would be much appreciated.
