Gate To The Truth

First up my apologies if Gate To The Truth is a repeat. I remember playing it ages ago, but I can't remember if I posted it under a different name (I certainly didn't post it under the same name - I checked), or if I didn't post it because I didn't understand it. Anyway, here it is, possibly again, and I still don't understand it. It's a point'n'click adventure around what I think is, a Japanese town, with accompanying incomprehensible text.
