Magneto Syndrome 2
Magneto Syndrome 2 is another odd, short (but not necessarily easy), point'n'click, episode of Magneto Syndrome. It's one of those frustrating games that's very easy once you've got the secret of doing it, but very difficult until you reach that "eureka" moment, but then again I guess that describes a lot of games. There's a clue (just about visible) in my picture above if you are stuck getting started. And just a couple of additional words of warning - the load time is slow (even on a good connection), and if you're a bit squeamish, or going to let the kids play, you may want to get someone a bit older and braver to try it out first, there's at least one scene in the game (involving scissors) that you may want to avoid [subbed by MarcusAurelius, Nicop, Phantom of the Arse, Ariadne, kathie & Kin El Bravido].

To get to the other side you have to:


HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
Get the handle (from the metal stair on the opposite side, just try every handle until you find out which one you can move and give it to the guy). Now click on the left side of the pipe that's closest to the ceiling. It'll break and fall. Break the pipe where the first one has landed. Climb the stairs. Click on the hanging pipe and... you are on teh other side!!! Now start working on that f****** password!

Lenella, click on the ladder rungs over the other side till one comes off and whizzes over to your hand. Then click on the pipes, can't remember which order, but you have to have one pipe lying across another, then click on the broken pipe nearest the man and the man will use the ladder rung like a zip wire. If you can't manage don't bother cos he climbs the ladder and that is it, not worth the effort.

I was supposed to remember what was on the stupid business card?

This game, though it looks good, is horrible. It's waaaay too short (yes, I know it's to be continued). And the loading time was just horrendous. I've never had such a short game take sooo long to download. I think the latest Tomb Raider demo (remember that?) took less time to download.

I am NOT looking forward to any sequel of this game, not with that loading time anyway.
