I restarted the game too, got in the basement, clicked on sofa, got stick, clicked under sofa, got power cord, then click on the sofa, got stick, click under sofa, got power cord. I,m sure I could do this for hours but nah. I've got better things to do....

Found the power cord for the vcr but that's it, the v.c.r. doesn't actually do anything as yet.

I've got as far as Moonkey. I am finding the stick and power cord over and over again but I cannot leave the screen with the sofa. Any ideas?

Comment 27, Wednesday, September 27th 2006 08:24:30 AM

Graeme

:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
To find the second (door) key, you need to switch on the lights, for which you'll need to fiddle with a broken (different kind of) key.

Comment 39, Wednesday, September 27th 2006 08:48:20 AM

Nope, all I have been able to do was plug stuff in. @ Msmagrat, I already pulled out all my hair!!

Comment 40, Wednesday, September 27th 2006 08:53:06 AM

Hntr

:
Yup, I'm still watching all the plugged in stuff too, only I've not started pulling my hair out yet, I'm too busy smacking my head against the wall.

If you click the knob on the tv you get a strange message, with letters and coloured dots, but I have got no further than this

Comment 44, Wednesday, September 27th 2006 09:01:36 AM

Mantari

:
Unfortunately there is no place where you could enter a colour sequence - at least I haven't found one...

Comment 45, Wednesday, September 27th 2006 09:03:08 AM

Gamer

:
Yes Jamper...I noticed that glitch too. Russel, ya, I see that, any idea what it's about???

Comment 46, Wednesday, September 27th 2006 09:03:38 AM

Metaphor

:
As far as there is no door to find the key for in our three walled basement, it makes me think there must be a secret passage of some sort. It can be behind the gaming device, under the coach or on the wall somewhere. When you zoom in to the VCR you can see the buttons but they don't work. The colours and letters on the screen are not clickable and they don't even seem usefull at this point as a clue... stuck completely...

Comment 47, Wednesday, September 27th 2006 09:03:56 AM

Hntr

:
I've collected enough Sticks to build a rescue fire!! Maybe that's the way out. :oP

Comment 48, Wednesday, September 27th 2006 09:04:42 AM

Russell

:
yep. I keep lifting up the couch cushion and I find the stick and then get the power cord under the couch every time I click on it.
The patch on the couch comes off the first time with a message of something gold and old vomit, but when you click on it, it says you don't want that vomit. When you click the patch again though you get no message.

Comment 49, Wednesday, September 27th 2006 09:07:44 AM

Jamper

:
i think getting into the door on the game is the answer but cant find a key
