Memohuntress
At heart Memohuntress might be 'just' a hidden object game, but some fine graphics & sound, and the fact that it's wrapped in a nicely presented adventure with a good story-line, and that it uses parallax to hide objects in its (beautifully drawn) pseudo 3D scenery, puts it a cut above the rest. Use the AW&D keys to move and your mouse to click/find objects. There's a nice hint system too if you get stuck [subbed by myuhinny].
