The Homestar Runner RPG brings together Atari gaming retro-technology with the world of Strong Bad. How could I resist?

Beautiful music and rather disturbing animations in the interactive fable promo pop-up book [via the ever awesome op-pop].

Get religion without piling on the pounds with "I can't believe it's not Jesus".

Not one but two news items of interest to me today - the fact that &quotWorkplace stress increases the risk of dying from a heart attack or stroke" was particularly apt since I finished work at 7.30pm last night and started at 7.15am this morning. I am now slightly tired and disorientated.

The number #1 love in my life is also for the number #2 love in my life. With this realisation I have become a "new man"".

The favicon gallery shows the nice things you do with just a few pixels at your disposal. Makes me slightly ashamed of my own pitiful effort - but at least I did make an effort. Take inspiration and create a favicon for your web site today if you haven't already.

Cherie Blair sings an impromptu version of When I'm 64 to a group of Chinese Students, gets remixed, and makes it big in Ibiza and Ayia Napa. I bet Tony wishes he hadn't been so shy now. Much love and respect to the first person who mails me an MP3 or a hyperlink to an MP3 for this soon-2-b club classic.

Update: Word on the street is that this whole story is a hoax but I now have the original MP3 of Cherie singing thanks to Belial. With this in the public domain surely a bootleg/remix will soon follow? I'm already getting Google hits for this sucker and it doesn't even exist yet...

I've spent ages now reading through half baked ideas at the half bakery - a visit is recommended - "The Halfbakery is a communal database of original, fictitious inventions, edited by its users. It was created by people who like to speculate, both as a form of satire and as a form of creative expression".

Crusha KittensI almost fell over backwards in amazement this morning* when the rathergood kittens appeared on television advertising Crusha milkshake syrup. Is this a blatent rip-off or did the kittens just need some extra cash to pay their web hosting bills?** Either way it's pretty entertaining and even better than that it's cool to see Crusha is still going; I can remember really enjoying their milkshakes when I was a kid - our milkman sold it (for some reason you couldn't get it in the shops near us) and I used to rush out to see him to get my weekly fix. I think rasberry was my favourite flavour - I could just fancy some now actually. Damn viral advertising.

(* Well I would have done if I hadn't already been in bed nursing a hangover watching Saturday morning kids television programs.)

(** Thanks to Paul for official confirmation from Joel that these are pukka rathergood kittens.)
