Hunting vigorously through the lazylaces archives for "point'n'click" unearthed the following results...

Virtual Room Escape
Unlike most escape the room games on the Internet, where if you click on them a crack team of soldiers burst through your door, lifts you up bodily, and then locks you in an actual real room, in Virtual Room Escape the whole thing is simulated in something called Flash in your web browser, and you can just play it on your computer, in your own home, with no team of soldiers required. Isn't technology marvelous? Next thing you know you'll be able to look at people you've never seen before acting out stories in a box in your own living room. Don't call me crazy, you'll see, and remember you heard about it here first [subbed by anon]

FOOTNOTES: You might well experience popup/under windows when playing this game, especially if you are using Internet Explorer (IE). If this bothers you consider using a different web browser, like Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari all of which have better popup blocking capabilities. Here at Lazylaces we mainly use, and highly recommend, Chrome. At the very least consider using IE in conjunction with anti-adware software.

Escape From Washitu
At some point before, after, or whilst, playing Escape From Washitu those of you with an inquisitive mind might ponder "what exactly is a washitu"? Is it a Japanese bathroom? Well no, however fitting that might be, a quick google tells me its actually a traditional Japanese style room; read this for an informative, and rather sweet, description of Washitu and Japanese houses in general [subbed by subzero].
