Shimaka Raderu

Despite being in a language I don't understand (it might be Japanese, but I'm really not sure) the idea behind Shimaka Raderu seems obvious. You've parachuted onto a forested island, and now you are trying to escape. Great stuff. And the graphics and sound effects are nice too. There are some odd bits though. That bit with the snake and crocodile for instance. If anyone could tell me what was going with that I'd love to know [subbed by Buji & Mystery].

Totem Destroyer

Totem Destroyer is an arcade, puzzle, strategy, point'n'click, reverse-Jenga, style game in which you must knock stuff over, but in a careful, subtle, not too destructive fashion. It is addictive. You have been warned [subbed by DaSozz].

The Gramophone Escape

As you sit there listening to your streaming music service and/or mp3 iPod digital music device thingumy some of the older ones amongst you may remember something called a "Compact Disc" that music used to come on - you may even still be using one as a coaster for your morning coffee. Anyway, these were rubbish as you had to go out (outside of the house!) and actually buy them - you couldn't download them! Wow. Rubbish hey? And if you are particularly ancient and decrepit you may even remember listening to music on something called a "cassette tape". Not only did you have to leave the house to buy these but you couldn't even hear the music on them anyway as them were really 'hissy'! Can you imagine that? Anyway, before even this piece of ancient history, people in mud huts and caves would listen to music recorded on platters of plastic, called 'records', on a device called a 'Gramophone'. These were terrible as not only did you have to leave your cave to buy them, and they were 'hissy', but also the music would skip and distort if dinosaurs and woolly mammoths walked by. Arrrgggh!.

Anyway, so as you can see, escaping gramophones is entirely a good thing, and the goal of The Gramophone Escape, a new escape the room game, makes a whole heap of sense. Unless, that is, you live in a cave, away from dinosaur and woolly mammoth habitats, you like to leave the confines of your cave once in a while, and you don't mind poor sound quality. For you guys, this game will be a bit of a mystery [subbed by Victoria V].

Tuneli

Tuneli

I haven't worked out the objective of Tuneli yet, it's in Polish so it's a little confusing for me, but it's certainly a great looking point'n'click game, and seems to involve London and Tunnels. More than that I haven't figured out yet. Oh. No. There is one other thing... you need to click "Wejdz Do Tuneli" to start playing - knowing that comes in handy [subbed by Doc].

Room W&R

Room W&R is the slightly less funky version of Room R&B, a game that would be fantastic, if only it existed [subbed by Mystery].

StoneAge Sam

StoneAge Sam is about as much fun as you can have in a point'n'click game without using an item fashioned out of bronze, which is handy as the bronze age isn't for another 5,000 odd years [subbed by Victoria V & Liekster].
