Automaton: Part 2 is not a
point'n'click game that is going to make you happy. The graphics are dark, the music is melancholic, and the puzzles really aren't that difficult to figure out. Yet somehow the game still manages to be great. The graphics might be dark, but they are really well done. The music might be melancholic, but they're produced well and suit the mood of the game. The puzzles might be simple, but are a pleasure to figure out. The net result being that a game which on paper I should hate, is actually one I love to play. Anyway, try to enjoy, and don't get too depressed. Try thinking of sun drenched tropical islands as you play. And also consider catching up with the
previous episodes, if you haven't already, they're worth a play too, but you're really going to need a sunny outlook on life to get thru them as well in one sitting [

Well that was quick, the storm's over, the power is back, and the sun is struggling to come out. Apparently a tornado did come down (is that the right phrase for it? I have no idea), but in the town 10 miles (or so) away so we escaped this time. So to celebrate the return of electricity and the fact that we didn't all get blown away, here's another

Eeek. It' sunny all day whilst I'm at work, and then I finish for the day, ready to post some games, and a thunder storm rolls over, the power keeps going down and apparently there's a tornado warning for the area in effect. Nice. So anyway, despite the fact that I now have a huge back log of
