Pancakes! is a platform game whose background looks somewhat like a crossword puzzle, but that's where the similarity with intellectual word games starts and ends. The game has an insane soundtrack as you jump around the screen collecting pancakes, waffles and muffins (all the cornerstones of a good healthy breakfast) and avoiding or destroying lard robots. It is, to say the least, slightly mad. Use the Cursor keys to move, [SPACE] to jump, [CTRL] to shoot. Have a great Pancake Day everyone [subbed and created by Nick S The Hamster].

The Japanese point'n'click "escapers" series continues with Escapers #03 Japon [subbed by Hayley].

Today's animal randomly connected to an escape the room game is the gecko, in the appropriately named Gecko Room Escape [subbed by chacha].

It's time to head out West for a good ol' fashioned point'n'click quest for gold in Your Quests - Out West the latest game, in fact what looks to be the start of a new series, from Melting-Mindz [subbed by selfdefiant, xmzdimplzx, sopdox & java].

In Magic And Cat Escape Game you must use your point'n'click skills to help rescue a poor little kitty kidnapped (er... catnapped even?) by a witch [subbed by Theidiotcircusboy].

Yes I know Synapsis came out a while back (Jen's shouting at me from the other side of the room that she played it ages ago), but I missed it, and it has just the right mix of point'n'click weirdness, atmospheric sounds and lush graphics, for me to be transfixed, so I have to post it [subbed by Ralph].

More crazy point'n'click key finding action from the Renegade-master in Leaving Your Room 7. Just remember that just because it looks like it might be simple, it doesn't necessarily mean that it is. At all. Really [subbed by Cyberjar88 & Tom].

Hmmm... this one's a bit of self indulgent post to remind Jen & I to come back to it more than anything else, but if there's anyone else out there who know what it means to be less than keen to fly Oceanic then Find815 is for you too. Sort of a game, maybe an ARG, Find815 probably should really be treated more as interactive content, an extra storyline kind of thing, to support the new series of Lost, more than anything else. In fact as a "game" I understand it's over, but if like us you've only just got re-hooked, then it makes for some nice background reading, since most of it's "secrets" have already been revealed.

Green Mirrors Escape: "You are locked in some kind of weird green room with some kind of weird laser device and mirrors...". Escape is the goal, even if the frickin' lasers aren't (*shame*) attached to sharks' heads... [subbed by Ralph].

Frog Room Escape is a frog themed escape the room game that's somewhat baffling, due to (a). The Japanese language which I don't understand at all, and (b). Er... what exactly is the deal with all the frogs? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? [subbed by sc00b].

Just a demo for now (i.e. it's quite short) Soul Sister is a point'n'click game with a spooky edge to it's atmosphere and soundtrack. The goal (at least of the demo) is to enter the old asylum and then open the code locked door. For experienced gamers such as yourselves it's over all too quickly, but it's a nice taster of what will hopefully be a longer game. My only word of advice I have is re. the rusty scissors: I'm not sure if there's some kind of bug, but I couldn't pick them up for ages, but if you persist you can (and you'll need them) [subbed by kaylou].
