When you start to play TRGEsc it would seem to involve escaping a particularly sparse room, however after a little frustrated point'n'clicking around the walls, ceiling, floor, etc, you'll soon find there's more hidden in here than first met the eye [subbed by Nicop, Lisa & winniethepooh]

Dasyutu is in that category of point'n'click game of "this might well be easy, but because it's in Japanese I don't have a clue what's going on". You really have to like point'n'click games to play this one [subbed by winniethepooh].

Way back when there was a great point'n'click game named Siegburgspiel. The graphics were great, but it was made very tricky for non-German speakers like myself by the profusion of German text that was all too essential to understanding what was going on. However now there is The Mysterious Anno Chest, the English translation of the original Siegburgspiel, to make it accessible to all us non-polyglots. I should be happy, but somehow it takes some of the esoteric edge off of the game for me. It could be I'm just weird though, I'm sure the rest of you will love adventuring around this game that is promoting the German town of Sieburg

The Planet Green Game is an eco-friendly point'n'click game with a whole heap of mini games thrown in. Gain points for being "green", feel worthy, laugh at the naivety, gasp at the US bias, be stunned at the game sponsor, but above all do the planet a favour and take some of the lessons on board [subbed by Nid].

I could have sworn I'd posted The Room (HBB) before, but I couldn't find it when I searched back through the vaults, a task made a little trickier by the fact that there are quite a few games posted with the phrase "the room" used in their description. Who would have thought it?
Anyway (repeat or not), The Room (HBB) is a short, but not at all sweet (there's a guy hanging in the cupboard so you might not want to play if you are squeamish), point'n'click room escaper. Don't blink, you might miss it [subbed by Kate, carm & winniethepooh].
UPDATE: Doh! It is a repeat. Thanks to LxO for finding the original.

I'm on a PC with no graphics software this morning so no screenshot for this one (yet), but if you take a look at EscapeDaHouse the look of EscapeDaHouse 2 really isn't that much different. The self explanatory title should also tell you that the goal of this point'n'click sequel mirrors the first part as well. You need the code from the end of part 1 to start, if you don't remember it I'll post it in the comments [subbed by franki1368 & winniethepooh].
UPDATE: Screenshot added - finally.

Hot out of my inbox, so much so I've barely had time to open it, is news of Submachine 4: The Lab, from murtaugh, creator of the Submachine Series. Already I can see the sights and sounds are amazing, and I'm sure once we get into it, the point'n'click puzzles are going to be a killer once again. Now, excuse me, I need to go play, I suggest you join me, and in the meantime I'll leave you with murtaugh's game description:
"Submachine. The game in which with every puzzle solved, every chapter finished you fall deeper and deeper into mystery. Fourth chapter takes us to the heart of the submachine, the place where all questions will be finally answered. Or were finally answered. Once again it's time to ask youself - is it possible that you're too late? "
