Before I say anything else I better say that First! contains some "language" (you know - the naughty kind), so don't bother playing it if you're a kid, have sensitive sensitivities, are at work or are allergic to short words beginning with "F". The Locked Box (Coming Soon)

"The First Door" series has proved immensely popular (and some would say immensely difficult) with puzzle fans so those of you who have to buy your hats in extra large to keep your over-sized brains warm will be pleased to hear that the next in the series, The Locked Box, is out soon. Lazy FM

I love my Last FM account, tracking the songs you listen to, and building charts of favourite tunes, it's all a bit geeky, and yet at the same time deeply satisfying. Just my cup of tea. Anyway if you have an account, think about adding me to your friends list, if you don't have an account think about getting one (a "basic" account has a stack of features and is free), and either way check out my personal "radio station" using their nice new flash gizmo thingy. It's not an exact science, I'm not even sure what some of the songs in there are, but on the whole it contains a lot of stuff I listen to, so it's perfect for a Lazylaces Musical Friday song sharing experience.

The Feeling - Rose

Well due to corporate firewalls blocking anything fun like "music" I missed my own Lazylaces Musical Friday yesterday, so I'm making up for it today by posting Rose by The Feeling. I've been listening to this song a lot over the last few months or so, and I think it is out as a single now, it's simply a beautiful thing to listen to. I also recommend the album if you like this song. Anyway, now the bit where you let us know in the comments what you have been listening to recently...

First Day Of My Life

It's late, technically Saturday (here in the UK at least), but I'm sneaking Bright Eyes - First Day Of My Life into Lazylaces musical Friday all the same. This is a perfect song for such a late hour, it's a favourite for Jennifer and I, we're seeing Bright Eyes live in March, and quite frankly your life is incomplete without this song so I have to share it. I'm dedicating this post to all those couples out there who are apart right now for whatever reason. Enjoy.

Klaxons - Golden Skans

Well it's been a long old time since I did a Lazylaces musical Friday, but this week I can tell you I'm mostly listening to Golden Skans by The Klaxons. I'm not sure I like the video, I'm dubious about their back catalog, but I love this release, and will be checking out the new album at the end of the month. What are you all listening to at the moment? Oh, and when not listening this I've been indulging my very recent addiction to Mr Blue Sky (I'm not sure where this addiction came from, but I think this has been used in some games and flash videos I've seen recently).
