Silly Walk Generator

I work in London, I wear a suit to work. When it's rainy I carry an umbrella. I don't wear a bowler hat, but I could be persuaded to as part of a bet. And yet I have never done a "silly walk". Fortunately I can now use the on-line Silly Walk Generator to placate my silly walk urge, without anyone thinking I should be locked up.

To Evian's signature remix of the Queen song "We Will Rock You", the watery sprite enjoys a series of adventures {make sure your volume isn't up too too loud if you're at work - but DO have it on, it really makes the video!}

Quandary of the day is - who is cooler? Strong Bad or Homestar? I always thought it was Strong Bad, no question, but now I'm really getting into Tweesercize, I'm not so sure. Homestar has certainly got the moves.

Rate My Turban

I have no idea why, but turbans always make me laugh. I fully respect Sikhism, or indeed any other religion where turban wearing is the norm, but turbans always make me giggle incessantly. Is that weird? Probably. Anyway if you are as strange as me, Rate My Turban represents may hours of disturbing chuckles [thanks SJ].

Sand Fantasy

Music Friday returns to lazylaces (yet again) with Sand Fantasy. The artist, Ilana Yahav, creates scenes and forms using a backlit glass table and sand poured from her hands. And since it's set to music, it's a good fit for today, besides the simple beauty of it. A relaxing way to wind down from the working week [subbed by vacklay].

Poil De Carotte

Poil De Carotte (Google Translation: "Carrot Hair") is a graphical story - not a game before you start trying to play the thing - although you do have to do a bit of clicking to progress the story. Unfortunately for me it's all in French and my spoken French isn't all it could be (nobody orders two beers, or asks the way to the railway station in the whole story!), but the graphics are simply superb and are worth seeing aside of being able to understand the story, although if one of my French visitors would care to explain what's happening I'd love to hear it. All we need now is a game from the same artist(s) - it's truely lovely to look at [via nordinho].
