Hunting vigorously through the lazylaces archives for "point'n'click" unearthed the following results...
So the basic premise of Nicolas' Weird Adventure is that you have to have a point'n'click adventure to get the escalators in the Shopping Mall working so that you can escape, because obviously you can't just walk up them when they aren't working, it's not like when stationary they become something that is almost exactly like stairs. Anyway I'm ranting slightly, but that really is weird (hence the name I guess). If I had that kind of attitude in London I'd be permanently stuck in Waterloo Station and I'd never get to work. Hang on a minute. On second thoughts this doesn't sound totally unreasonable. I may be spending some quality time in a railway station tomorrow [subbed by Aurora].

I'm fairly certain that The Adventures Of Josie True is trying to teach me something through the medium of the point'n'click game, I refuse to be taught though, but because I have p'n'c addiction I can't not play. Dammit. Oh, I already knew the square root of 81, actually this is teaching me nothing, hooray! [subbed by jackie k]

How have I not posted Steppenwolf already? Anyway, here it is now, a wrong righted. It's not exactly point'n'click as you have to use that keyboard thingumy, which, as a point'n'click devotee, you normally ignore as much as possible, but it is an adventure, and it's huge: 6 chapters of 4 episodes a piece - that's 24 episodes in total maths fans. Happy adventuring [subbed by TeJay, Buster H, Helga, Castor, May & BadBatz].

In the never ending quest of the point'n'click adventurer to escape every possible room, building and town in existance, the lack of a game that lets you escape from an attic is finally dealt with by the aptly named Attic Escape. You can breathe easy now. My screenshot will be of no use to you in the game - I only did it because I could [subbed by Ufuk Altug

A totally original point'n'click game in English? Pinch me I must be dreaming. That's exactly what Mucha Lucha is though, and it's a beauty, with a real sense of humour. You play both the wrestler "The Flea", and his dog "Masked Dog", swapping between the characters as necessary to accomplish different tasks, the ultimate goal being to rescue your wrestling chum "Rikochet" from the clutches of the "Evil Dentist Of Doom". Brilliant.
Update: I went back to the game and I've completed it now - how much fun was that? A great little game. Anyway all that wrestler action has now made me want to go back and re-read some Strong Bad emails. Awsome!

Puzzleland has been submitted to me a few times and I'm not really sure why I've never gotten round to posting it before. The idea of the game is to use your point'n'click skills to help a little man called Mahogany in his adventures by creating a safe path for him to traverse. The concept is kind of like Hapland. There's even a walkthrough if you are a dirty rotten cheat [subbed by Sentinel, Mz Dimplz, Nadif, Lynn & Sweetcorn].

Cageling is a large point'n'click adventure with some nice puzzles for you to ponder over, and the graphics are great. Unfortunately, once again, the language barrier adds an additional level of difficulty you probably weren't looking for [subbed by sunshine].

Is it conclusive proof that a point'n'click addict will try and escape anything when they're trying to escape the toilet? The jokes are too easy on this one so I'm not going to bother [subbed by dahlyn, tia, tafkam, anon, grosse & jackie k].

Another totally incomprehensible point'n'click adventure. Do these not come in English anymore? I don't mind a challenge but this is starting to get ridiculous. Anyway I could call this game "nigepico", but it's so clear that it should be called "Escape The Salon", that that's what I'm going to go with. There is a computer on a desk/counter, but there's no wastepaper basket in this one either. Just as well it really, it would only be full of hair and cuticles and things [subbed by stacy & ang].

There are so many computers in B714 Escape that it should really be called "Escape The Computer Lab" (that's what I suspect it is - there's a language barrier thing going on though). Using a standard point'n'click adventure ratio of 1 computer to 1 wastepaper basket you should really be tripping over clues in dustbins, but I haven't actually found one yet, perhaps you're wearing one on each foot? That would make the maths better, anyway I'm possibly rambling now, we better get on and play... [via flash gamez].

Ah, a nice complex language point'n'click game. Who knows if it's simple or hard? Just understanding it is the first challenge. Due to the language barrier I had almost convinced myself that there was no game to be played with Miniminiroom when I accidently unlocked the door and let myself into the room (hang on - isn't that the wrong way round?), having closed the browser window more than once by pressing on the blue button (don't do it!). Anyway as you'll see from my screen grab there is a room in there in a more traditional point'n'click sense, but there's a very weird menu navigation thing going on too. Anyway, I'm sure you'll work it all out [subbed by sunshine].

OK, I have some point'n'clickery lurking in my inbox from while I've been sick. First up Lenny Goes To Pluto, an adventurous romp around the Solar System's most remote planet. Actually didn't they discover another planet further out, just recently? What did they call that? Anyway the graphics are simple but cute, and it's quite funny in places. I like how he taps his toes when you leave him for a while. I remember this from a video game in my youth, the exact name of the game escapes me at the moment though [subbed by toonafeesh].
