From the newgrounds page the author writes at http://projectenthalpy.com/walkmethroughit.txt you can find a walkthrough and a tiny hint on how to find the secret room. Something about rythmically doing something to the stickman in the shop and doing something much much later in the game, I'm guessing something with the buttons in Morth's castle.

solved it without solving cryptogram or going into secret room. but am returning for a look at secret room. by the way, so sad that the locked castle and house were not part of the game. i wanted to hunt for all three DVDs

The only hints I'll say are that it has something to do with the stick
figure picture in the Eumoritown shop, that you must do something many
times, you must finish exactly at the right time, and you must do another
thing much later. Then you can access the secret room.

Walkthrough -
1. Talk to the wizard.
2. Enter the house in right.
3. Talk to the girl (Sure!, -It Could Use a bit more sugar, [ or No ] )
4. Collect pie from trash bin.
5. Get out of the house.
6. Go up.
7. Talk to the guy in front of a manhole. ( -But I want to Fall In! , -I Brought you a Pie! )
8.Drop in the man hole.
9.go to the trash on the bottom right.
10. go back up.
11. Go Left.
12. Talk to the Skeleton.
13. Go right, then down, then left.
14. Talk to that booth guy. ( -I have a train ticket)
15. Go right, then up.
16. Go into the carwash and talk to the owner. (- Well I do have this bowling Ball...)
17. Go Out and into the manhole again.
18. Go to the orange yellow orb in the middle and put the bowling ball in.
19. Go up, and get the dead green fish on the top right.
20. Go down and out of the manhole.
21. Go down twice and talk to the fisherman and get a live fish.
22. Go up twice and right once.
23. Talk to Shamu Shamu.
24. Get the bottle on the left side of the mouth.
25. Follow in order of what the bottle says using the steps on the different color teeth in the mouth. (L,R,U,R,L,R,U,R)
Hint: There are threee teeth in the Whale and you hit them the order on the above.
26. Go down.
27. Use bottle on green acid.
28. Go into Jonah's Grill.
29. Go to the trash bin and left to get straw.
30. Talk to Jonah. ( - Is there anything I can get for free?, and the first choice. )
31. Leave and go to the left.
32. Use acid on the blockade.
33. Collect the bottles and cans next to the vending machine.
34. go back to Jonah's Grill and to the drink machines on the top right and refill them.
35. Go back to the vending machines and use the filled bottles and cans.
36. Go back to Jonah and get the digestive things and get out.
37. Talk to the guard and play the arcade once. (LOSE)
38. Talk to the guard again and use red card on the door.
39. Talk to the green guard. (Any choice)
40. GO to the Bar on the left.
41. Talk to the yellow guy a lot of times, then to the bartender, then to the yellow guy again, and then talk to the bartender and get mustard.
42. Go to the right, and go to the Tech room door.
43. Push on the middle button, then go back to the arcade and see that the bird stopped and you get a speed bonus. If this doesn't work, keep doing the same step.
44. Beat it, then go to the Green guard and watch the ending.
