set alarm time to 3pm, then clock time to 3pm. look on back and see wheel has stopped at 3pm position. Undo the screw. Do the same with 9pm

the "convert from 24hr clock to 12" makes NO sense to me at all
i mean, i know what a 24 hour clock and a 12 hour clock is, but it doesn't seem relevant at all.
