Can make the puffer puff up using the electric eel...I think I fed the yellow stuff to the little bounced-around fish but nothing came of it. Where is it supposed to be bounced to?

Help! help! I've bounced the fish of the octopuses and picked up some tubes, seaweed and red balloon but now I'm going round in circles. I'm hoping for a POP revelation (or some regular human assistance).

To puff up the puff:

HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)

off to the left of the screen in the coral area is a 'ramp' shaped rock. You take that and put it on the right side of the rocks the seaweed is sticking up from. Move the puffer near the yellow fish and click the eel. Once the eel is, um.... 'against' the puffer, click on the eel to get it to shock the puffer.

After you set the blue fishy free and you've figured out how to puff your puffer fish

take the bottom left tooth from the creature on the top left of the screen. Use that to pry open the clam and get a pearl.

combine pearl with the red mini pomegranate looking thing that you get on the bottom right of the screen. Puff up your puffer and put him back his starting point. aim the reed that eats those red things at the puffer fish and feed him the red goo covered pearl. it'll make the shark move. combine another pearl and red thing and fire away at the evil black fish.
