:i got it when your on the cart click on the statue like thing the when you get the broken armour hand it to the man go back in the cart and use the tool on the rock it will give you blue metal.

Ya have to colect a few stones before you get the right one. When you see the yellow stone you know you got the right one. the stone is sparkling whit the yellow colour.
