when you turn on the lamp and turn off the room light new writing appears on the last page of the diary. if only i could read japanese!

I got the red key out of the statue on the shelf (the right most statue) which unlocked the safe which had a battery pack in it. I put the battery pack in the phone but it still doesn't seem to work
