Well, I'm going to have to come back to this later - time to sleep.

Found a few things, including a small bug that sometimes allows you to access the area that needs a black key (top right of the map) without having the key in your inventory.

Self Defiant: Awesome series - I look forward to these as much as I look forward to the Gotmail escape games. Very nice work dude. :D

The hanger is in the bathroom, on the left hand side - look around the floor.

I believe the swimsuit is in one of the bedrooms (not the ones that need passcodes) in a cabinet/wardrobe thing.

So much for sleep. :(

Salina Marie:

If you're still looking for the shovel,
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
it's found on the patio (I think that's the name of the location) which is at the very top on the far right side of the map.
It told me I needed a black key to enter there, but sometimes it would let me in without having the key in my inventory.

I used it to
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
dig up a seashell on the beach, but you can only dig there during daylight.
