Found a few things, including a small bug that sometimes allows you to access the area that needs a black key (top right of the map) without having the key in your inventory.

:found </silver key, platinum key, shovel, shell, togs, coathanger... but cant find the gold or black key - or the codes for the scope fo 2nd bedroom> help?!

i dont know the passcode to bedroom 1 or 2 and i cant find anything in the kithchen....
the changing views of the rooms is kind of confusing

:The hanger is in the bathroom, on the left hand side - look around the floor.
I believe the swimsuit is in one of the bedrooms (not the ones that need passcodes) in a cabinet/wardrobe thing.
So much for sleep. :(

:I found the swimsuit, key, hangar, remote, and flippers, i didn't find the swimsuit at night. but waited until daylight and then was able to pick it up

:the shovel was outside on the patio - but you could only see it on a particular view. the shell can then be dug up on the beach

:telescope in bedroom 1 again you can only get the puzzle on a particular view in the room. try entering and reentering a few times. not that i know the answer...

it's found on the patio (I think that's the name of the location) which is at the very top on the far right side of the map.
It told me I needed a black key to enter there, but sometimes it would let me in without having the key in my inventory.
I used it to

dig up a seashell on the beach, but you can only dig there during daylight.
