:I have, the paper bag from the garbage can int eh city, the clear blue tube thing from the lab and the orange bottle. also some bolts from the work area before the lab and a weird yellow tube with 3 holes (looks like tube you use to squeeze icing out of for cakes) , crobar, pen, and a coin (1euro). I thnk I got the cion is in the grass near the bridge.

The white tubes used to contain the oil spill are to the left of the blue doors in the main dam room. Then you give them to the man at the spill.
after that,

turn off the main water supply and turn on the alternate water supply.

do this by turning the green wheel (E21-1)in the basement. Then turn off the switches in this order: 1. Mikrosiebe. 2. Ozonanlage. 3. Flockung 4.Druckfilter (in the far back room). 5. Langsamfilter. After all this, turn the other wheel on the right (E23). If the E21-1 wheel does not turn, you may have already turned it...

:I have turned the E21-1 wheel. I've turned off all the levers in the right order but i still can't turne the last wheel. I get the option to turn it but if i click it nothing happens. Does anyone know what i forgot. If i talk to the man. The dialog keeps telling me to shut down the water supply???? Help anyone.
