Got out thanks to a very cryptic conversation on another site.
Still doesn't make sense to me, the way it was solved.

I was stumped on the last blue box as well and went searching...

The three numbers are the count of lit segments in an LCD display of the number. So the number '4' has one vertical segments, one horizontal segment, and then two vertical segments -- 112. '7' is the same, if you add a serif... So '0' would be 222, etc.

The solution to the blue box was, quite frankly, ridiculas, I am all for cryptic puzzles, but a better hint was required, shame, because it spoilt the game at the end.
