A Pirate's Revenge

I was all geared up for some swashbuckling, plank walking, peg-legged, parrot owning, pirate adventuring when I started playing A Pirate's Revenge, but then I realized that this seemingly cute game, set on the seven seas, was all about murdering pirates (in the name of revenge), which seems a bit harsh really, and not all what I signed up for; after all there's nothing wrong with plundering booty and talking in a comical fashion surely? Just remember that lovable Sparrow chap for instance. Then throw in the fact that this game seems a bit buggy and has no sound (unless the cannon fire on my galleon has temporarily deafened me) and this game suddenly seems to be a bit of a disappointment whereas it promised to be great. But then again, I did somehow still manage to enjoy it, but that may just be my contrary pirate nature m'hearties, so I can only suggest that you hoist the mainsail, and give it go my sea-faring friends... As Besty said, prepare to restart the game multiple times just to beat it. I wrote the author a kind, but not nice review on NG. The game is broken. Sometimes items wouldn't act with what they are supposed to, and other times items wouldn't be there at all or I couldn't pick them up.

wasn't a bad game kind of buggy in a few spots and one spot that prevented me from finishing off the last pirate.

Just played it again and the game isn't buggy when you have to do it over multiple times it means that you missed something in the other levels search each level and make sure you have collected everything that you can collect on each level before killing the pirate.

This game was only loaded onto newgrounds as a test to get some feed back for a uni project. This was my first ever flash game so didn't really intend it to soar around the internet as it has / did. Only so a few friends could feed back some comments. Very buggy I know but thanks for playing
