Try looking in the thick brush

Take the top piece of bamboo and use it with the ammo you get from the bird on the saw. Use the saw to cut the single board in two.

Its on the very first page use shears on biggest bush :)

Click the snake and than quickly click the mouse on the snake.

Outside tree house:
1. Click the top piece of the plain bamboo to take it.
2. Click the right hand bush and take the hammer that is thrown over.
3. Click the far left of the left hand bush and take the wood.
4. Click the bird twice to get the fruit.
5. Combine the fruit and the bamboo to get a blow pipe.
6. Use the blow pipe on the saw that is hanging on the left hand side of the house.
7. Pick up the saw, then combine it with the wood to make two rungs.
8. Click the basket on the right hand side to get the nails, then combine the nails with the hammer.
9. Place the two rungs at the bottom of the ladder, then use the hammer and nails to nail them into place.
10. Click on the ladder to climb into the tree house.

Inside the tree house:
1. Get the screwdriver from the edge of the table and the clockwork mouse from the edge of the screen.
2. Click the chair piece above the picture of a boat on the right hand side of the room.
3. Use the screwdriver to unscrew the nails from the second piece.
4. Take the two gears, one from on top of the bookshelf and one from under the lantern.
5.Take the fourth piece from in front of the pillow next to the bottles on the left hand side.
6. Click the rope to reveal the snake, then use the mouse on it so the snake chases the mouse. Get the rope.
7. Finally, get the seat from above the pans on the left hand side.
8. Combine all these as per the book(or just combine them as you go along), then place the chairlift on the tree. It will take you to the woody area.

Woody area:
1. Take the hedge clippers on the right hand side.
2. Shake the smallest 'bush' on the right hand side of the tree and pick up the silver key.
3. Take the first symbol from the marked rock on the far left and the second symbol from the tree above the chair lift.
4. Go back to the tree house.

Inside tree house:
1. Use the key on the padlocked door to get the third symbol.
2. Go to outside the tree house.

Outside tree house:
1. Use the hedge clippers on the middleish bush to get the fourth symbol.
2. Go back to the woody area via the tree house.

Woody area:
1. Place all the symbols in their proper slots.
2. Take the piece of paper from the hand that appears out of the ground.
