ok. so now I got to look above the window after using 10 minutes clicking that entire area with the stool. Now I know the shapes. Unfortunately it isn't helping.

I figure, if the letters turn into numbers, then they can only be A-I, and that second one is not H, I think, because I already tried it.

Thats either I N V O or I I W O when turned into letters. Nether works.
