Pitch Black

Pitch Black isn't a game I'd usually play, it's a comic strip you have to re-arrange into the right order, but Ryan sent it over, I started playing, then got stuck. Hopefully someone will have posted some helpful comments by the time I get back to it :) [subbed by Ryan].

Can't really imagine why anyone would care about this. Besides, the pictures are too damn small.

Complete Story

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
he gets up at 6:20, brushes his teeth, get water from the fridge for his coffee, drinks his cup of coffee all alone, walks to his car, finds it won't start, sweats it all the way to the subway, falls asleep on the subway, receives a shock when he fins out it is only Sunday, goes to video city, picks out a red DVD, goes grocery shopping, puts in his DVD, gets ready to enjoy it, and the TV fails him, leaving him to wake up grumpy Monday morning at 6:30. no happy ending for this story :(

LOL thanks Raven, that's what finally did it for me.

Never would have thought you could buy groceries at the video store.

That ending was a bit anticlimactic. They could of had some fireworks, a little flash? The crowd cheers and that's it. Where does it go from here.

In dreams, you sometimes find yourself doing the right thing at the wrong time....

What about the 'pitch black' square being the alarm going off Monday am, and the realization setting in that the whole thing was just a dream, and now it's time to get up for work?

Done!! :D The thing that threw me off was

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
the direction the businessman faces in each frame. I thought Sunday was all right-facing, Monday was all left-facing...

but figured it out when i saw that

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
each frame alternates.

Help With Adding Comments:
SPOILERS/HINTS: Use the special <spoiler>, or <hint>, tags by wrapping them around your comment if you want to provide help in games comment threads. 'Wrap a tag' around your comment by placing one tag in front of your comment, and one tag after. See the examples below:
  • Just type a regular comment.
  • <spoiler>Wrap spoilers for games in spoiler tags</spoiler>.
  • <hint>Wrap hints for games in hint tags</hint>.
If you are still stuck, try copying and pasting one of the examples above into the comment box, or use the hint & spoiler buttons.

AVATARS/GRAVATARS: Comments now support Gravatars if you would like to use your own user avatar/picture/icon on your comments. Simply enter the email address from your Gravatar account in the email field when adding your comment if you would like to use this feature. This is purely optional though, and you do not need an Avatar, or a Gravatar account, to use the comments. Note that if you enter your email address in the email field, but it's not associated with a Gravatar account a default avatar image will be used.
