The chilled out vibe, and photo realistic graphics, of the Tipping Point Series continue in Tipping Point 4, which makes for a rather pleasant end to the week [subbed by zodiac].

Watch for the that he is flashing. It changes everytime he makes a new pass. Use the key to decipher the code he sent. Then reply using the appropriate code.

How do you get past the bridge?!?!

Comment 24, Friday, November 7th 2008 03:10:12 PM

Mike

:
Melu23, I'm having the same problem installing the encoder. It might be a bug. I looked at the walkthrough and it doesn't appear this should be a problem.

For those trying to get past the bridge, you have to use the fishing pole and complete a task in the shack...

Comment 25, Friday, November 7th 2008 03:13:02 PM

Yay!

:
what task in the shack?

Comment 26, Friday, November 7th 2008 03:29:24 PM

Katrina

:
Has anyone gotten the coin?

For the encoder, you have to get the bulbs in the exact right position. They're not in numerical order, but I don't know what order exactly they're in. Once you plug them all in it'll tell you how many bulbs you have in the correct place. I just worked from that.

Comment 27, Friday, November 7th 2008 03:49:36 PM

Yay!

:
katrina..can you please tell me what i need to do in the shack to get passed the bridge?

Comment 28, Friday, November 7th 2008 03:59:02 PM

Katrina

:
Provided you went fishing, you just need to
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
use the green and red fuse things by putting them in the fuse box, which is on the left side of the shack

Clemson Chris

:
a) this is the best Tipping Point Yet.
b) in the shack, you first have to get the metal container at the bridge. then... the switch box is NOT hard... start at the beginning of the code.... it's SO easy... if you come to a switch that doesn't exist, then go backwards and combine numbers....it really is so easy... then talk to tommy... this one was the best AnD the easiest *I* felt.. but that's just MY $.02.

:
you'll know you have responded with the correct 1 letter, when the dots/dashes go UP instead of down.. then the plane will send you a surprise, that you have to go look for...

Comment 37, Friday, November 7th 2008 04:39:06 PM

Katrina

:
Yay!, what part exactly are you talking about with the shack? Have you already turned on the power? Have you already successfully gone fishing? Have you done the switches?

Comment 38, Friday, November 7th 2008 04:39:43 PM

Squeegin

:
I can't install the encoder either. The walkthrough doesn't say you have to. I don't even know where to install it. I got a screen that said Access Granted.

Yay - to get over the bridge

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Did you get the piece of paper out of the bucket you fished up? You must figure out how that sequence of numbers corresponds to the switches you flip on the machine inside the shed. Then the bridge becomes an option.

I love these Tipping Point Games. That one was great.

You have the shrimp for a LONG time before you need it btw.

HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
Click on the panel, there are numbers on the code and numbers on the switches. Figure out which ones to use based on the missing switches

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Example: If there is the code 135 and #3 switch isn't there then the number is 13 or 35.

Comment 45, Friday, November 7th 2008 04:48:52 PM

Anticon

:
The code in the hut

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
first note the numbers on the switches, how high they go, and which ones are missing.

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
then, look at the sequence of numbers and see how they can be broken up so that you don't require any of the missing numbers or have any repetitions.
