Yeah, the USB acts as a key, but not at the computer; look for locked drawers/doors.

:Well, no one complained about language difficulty, which may pertain to th diary, for example. i did the comp code, but did not then have an arrow to the right, leading to a turned-on lamp, unless you first go down twice, THEN to the right, but no lamp there, just 2 doors; no lamp in the room is turned on. I'm thinking that this one is not worth playing???
