Pull the lever until the whole upper part is sealed off. Spin the wheel and the water shoots you back to where you came from, but now you can reach that wheel at the top. Spin it. It opens the frame in the other scene. Then pull the lever so the water shoots you up to the hole.

the spider machine thingy that keeps head butting you. you need to click on one of the leg joints below the water. He loses part of his legs. Do this again. Get in the plane and it rams into the head and knocks out and eye. go into the eye.
