Treasure Search Of Silver
In Treasure Search Of Silver the idea of the game would appear to be to find a silver ring (to escape the room) before you go on a date. Fairly cute, and the Engrish the game is written in adds an (unintentional) additional level of cuteness as well, but it's still way better than my Japanese [subbed by Mystery & BJ].

And I got 6 pieces of jewels

Look closely at the

steps, try looking up

The diary

in the bottom of the bookcase
gives a hint.

Flowergirl228

:
spanky & mimi,

it seems that all the rings that are not "the one" are
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
just required for the Happy End. You don't actually have to do anything with those rings, or with the red gem you got from the necklace.

Comment 20, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:25:56 PM

Mimi

:
Where was the paper clip please?

Comment 21, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:26:57 PM

Flowergirl228

:
About the watering can...

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
it's already full of water...just trying to save you some frustration, as I spent forever trying to turn the sink on to fill the stupid thing...haha

Comment 22, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:27:14 PM

Flowergirl228

:
paperclip:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
click on the bottom step, where you found a ring earlier, then click up and you will see the watering can, and to the left, hidden in the palm fronds, is a paperclip

Comment 23, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:28:04 PM

Chacha

:
watering can:
HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
mine was empty, I had to select it and click sink to fill it...!

Comment 24, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:29:19 PM

Spanky McPipebomb

:
Actually Flowergirl:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
The watering can is empty when you get it. You just have to put it in the sink to be filled with water.

Now, how does one get that ring from the sink?

Comment 25, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:30:01 PM

Flowergirl228

:
really?! nothing happened when I
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
clicked the sink!
maybe i just wasn't reading the comments closely enough... sorry guys. ;o)

to get the ring from the sink,
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
select the paperclip and click "about item." click on the paperclip to extend it - you need to do this twice.

Comment 26, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:33:44 PM

Spanky McPipebomb

:
AAAaaaaaaahhhh! I only did it once!

Comment 27, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:35:50 PM

Spanky McPipebomb

:
how do you open the closet that "Full poer opens by both hands"?

Where is the third silver ring?

Can you unlock the box in the shelf on the wall by the stairs?

Can you open the broken box?

Comment 28, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:40:56 PM

Flowergirl228

:
additional info on the paperclip:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
it seems that once you extend it once, you have to try to reach the ring in the sink before you can extend it a second time

Comment 29, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:41:29 PM

Spanky McPipebomb

:
grrr... poer of course was supposed to be power. I am the Typo King!

Comment 30, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:43:21 PM

Flowergirl228

:
Spanky,

I haven't found a way to open the closet, or the locked box by the stairs (they both seem to be red herrings)...what third silver ring are you talking about?

Also, you MUST open the broken box in order to escape the room...

Comment 31, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:43:54 PM

Spanky McPipebomb

:
OK, what's the red gem everyone keeps talking about? Is that what goes in the spot where I'm assuming a third silver ring goes? The game tells me I can't open the door because the ring isn't found, so I assume it means a third silver ring...

Comment 32, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:46:21 PM

RealMikeyMon

:
how do you open the broken box???? used glue on it and keep clicking but it's not doing anything!!!!

Comment 33, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:46:27 PM

Spanky McPipebomb

:
DUH!!! Never mind, just figured out the 'broken' box...

I'm kinda dumb today

Comment 34, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:47:30 PM

Flowergirl228

:
Have you found the
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
diary? it will show you a diagram of what the box should look like before you can open it...

red gem:
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
"throw" the necklace at the zoomed in view of the bedpost...

RealMikeyMon

i saw the diary, used the glue but NOTHING IS HAPPENING, any help out there please? this game's starting to irritate me real bad

Comment 36, Monday, May 19th 2008 02:53:11 PM

Flowergirl228

:
What do you usually do with glue?

HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
you have to stick something to the box with the adhesive

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
have you found either of the two plain silver rings yet?

Comment 37, Monday, May 19th 2008 03:02:43 PM

:
was there a not happy ending ?

Comment 41, Monday, May 19th 2008 04:39:01 PM

Lenella

:
i think that saying "happy end" was just the way of saying the end

i cant see how there would be an unhappy end, when it wont let you finish until you have the ring

Comment 42, Monday, May 19th 2008 04:45:32 PM

Flowergirl228

:
Yeah...I just tried doing it with the bare minimum of items (didn't collect any of the "unusable" items) and I still got a happy end. hmm.

That was cute :). First game I've done in a while without any walkthrough

Comment 45, Monday, May 19th 2008 07:13:48 PM

:
there is an additional 'addition' end.

Comment 46, Monday, May 19th 2008 10:29:18 PM

Kat

:
other ending

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
open the cupboard before you have anything in your inventory, find the key and open blue box, click the necklace and the blue ring on the bedpost and glue the ruby on the blue ring

thanks Vanni_Ogg

Where is the glue/adhesive??? Help! :)

Comment 48, Tuesday, May 20th 2008 11:51:11 AM

Andiar

:
The Addition Ending is the bad ending, because
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
the ring falls apart as the glue was not strong enough

Comment 49, Tuesday, May 20th 2008 01:50:56 PM

Osa

:
All right, I know you can get the happy ending without all the rings, but I still want to find all items ;) Where's the strawberry ring?
