Okay, I'm using what I think is the correct pattern for the balls (based on the clues) but I cannot get the freaking box to open! I have:

just re collect everything before you leave. that includes all balls + the bear, but not the lemon (bear takes lemon's place in inventory)

@Rizzo, what I meant was after you get the key, you don't need to re-collect(see comment #63) the BALLS to get a perfect ending, just don't forget the BEAR(w/o bear gives you just a normal end) :o)
