Butter:

Use it on the LARD cabinet in the kitchen.

Open the Yellow Pages in the study room. Write down the URL for the kitchen utensils ad on the third page, as well as the phone number for Megasoft.
Call Megasoft in the lounge. Say your PC isn't working, say it won't start up, ask if there's another way, ask for a supernatural startup disk. You'll automatically hand over the coins and get the disk.
Go to your PC and use the disk on it. Play Pong until it starts up properly, then open Internet Explorer.
Enter the URL for the utensils ad. Click the button. You'll automatically hand over the diamond necklace and get the utensils.
