You can do the following on this game

find some things, like a key, a knob and a screwdriver
and

you can turn the time and look out the window, and play with the up/down switch
and you can even

take the cards off by opening the window side from which you got the screwdriver

but past that, I'm stuck.

If you put the lit up cards back

(turn the time to after 15:00 and look out the window- now change the up/d down and look again)

You get a message about

placing the cards correctly, and then something about light switches, but I'm not sure if it's telling you you have put the cards correctly, or that you should put the cards correctly

click in the up button on the control panel, then click on the right window panel to open, then click the the card. You have to do this for each card. The control panel controls the sign outside.

you have to change the clock time to 00:00 to make it dark outside, then figure out which panels in the sign out the left window are lit up. Pull all the panels out of the sign using the up arrows (play the click, click, window, panel, click click window panel game). Turn all of the letters over except for the letters SOS. then place all the panels back in the sign so only those letters are lit up
