:omg i did it!!!!!!! and on only the fourth try, too! the key is getting a good starting pattern, not too many large gaps, and predicting the kitty's move several steps ahead to keep ahead of him. the sad thing is, you don't get any reward (like keeping him!) once you do it :(

:You have to make the circles wide enough. Don't click right next to the cat, but fence him off at the edge of the board.

:Actually once you play this game a little and learn how the cat moves you can beat it probably 75% of the time. Some of the layouts are impossible to beat of course.
About the cat's movements:
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
It will move toward the nearest or widest opening to the edge.
That's pretty basic I know but once you get the hang of it you can kind of predict the movement... and trap that little bugger.

:Heh, I was able to beat it on the first try, but that proved to be "beginner's luck". The next few rounds were not quite as easy. They are, however, still beatable. Most of the time. :P

:I beat it almost every single time. If you ever played go, then it should look very familiar. Build loose supporting lines, and connect as the cat gets closer.

:I did it on the 2nd go and 8th go. As it is told above the key is a good starting pattern and to NEVER put the dots right next to him, he'll just jump right past them. Focus on cutting off his escape before trying to trap him completeley.
