See the rubber black ones on the side? Two down from the top. In between the second and third one shoot. Count to One Mississippi and then let go of your hold.

:20 is just a trick, it's really easy.

Try hitting the bomb FIRST. The hit the spike ball and use pacman. Go around the bomb and to the spike ball.

READ THE FULL THING BEFORE STARTING. First, hit the needle. Make sure the first dart ONLY hits the needle. When you see that the bottom is about half-way popped, quickly use your dart to hit the needle atop the freeze balloon.

If you only hit the first two freezers, you can get to the pacman without it being frozen.
Not sure how to beat it though...

Try shooting at the third rubber one. On the first 1/4 of it. Not sure what power though.

Have your arrow point in between the 3rd and 4th block and the power should be almost to the end of the screen. That will get you the light saber and get you some extra balloons

the fist dart you have to shoot straight up and hit the mine but the dart has to hit the first brown box also... second dart shoot straight into the ice so that the dart bounces off of the balloon and into the boomerang... third one just throw the boomerang to get the rest.
