Bell
Bell is a Japanese adventure game in which you use keyboard controls to move around. I'd love to tell you more than that, but that's all I've worked out so far. In fact I haven't even mastered the keyboard controls yet to be honest with you. The cursors keys move your little character, press [Z] for actions, but that's all I've got. Apparently [X], [C], [S] & [Q] also do something, but I haven't worked out what. Good luck with this one... you'll need it [subbed by winniethepooh].

Here is a translation of the first part for anyone who wants it:

This is about the events of a day at the end of summer. That morning my parents left home in a hurry without telling me where they were going. Being left alone, I went to get the newspaper, thinking I could read the comics or something. When I opened the mailbox, a single letter was hidden amongst the newspapers and advertisements. The sender was... my grandfather. I opened the seal on the spot.
"I've prepared a gift for my grandchild. Won't you come pick it up?"
My grandfather's house isn't that far from here. I was there just the other day. But at that time, I didn't feel well and had to return early. Speaking of which I forgot my phone too. Perfect. I immediately went to my grandfather's house.

First Screen: I heard the door close and my grandfather's voice. "Go get your present. You can't go home until you do."

Sorry this is such a long post. I thought it must be annoying when you can't read what's going on.

I had the page translated. It doesn't help with the text in the game, but under the instructions there is a "hidden" message that can only be read when it's highlighted. It says:

Because it seems that has the point which is easy not be plugged, following hint reversal

Q. It cannot arrange the numerical value of the die.
A. The die changes when stepping on the floor whose front of the pedestal is black, the surface where that time it is after changes on the route which you walked to that.
For example, if the one step it moves on the left, the all over roller っ, with it is the feeling which is said on the left.

Q. The dry cell battery is not everywhere.
A. Presently with the position, the item where indication changes is one.
Because it buried in the point where the change is largest, please have freely.
