You need to find the colour values for those colours - use a photo editor that shows these... then translate as in level 22

The song playing is Für Elise (German for For Elise) and was composed by Beethoven. The source says 'remember where I'm from' and Beethoven was from Bonn, Germany. If you type in germany.htm you get a nice little flash telling you that you can do better than that. The flash has sign language (which I believe to be german sign language - a little different than American sign language). When I try to decode it, I end up with ghesunkinz (but unsure, especially the z)... that's all I got for now.

I found a german sign language page and got the same word as you... and I also put "germany" in the url!! LOL. I have been stuck at this point for AGES!!!! *sigh*

there are two levels, if you ended level 30 with 'thesunking' then you will be at level 31 Something wrong is sometimes right! and if you ended level 30 with 'louisxiv' (who was known as the sun king), you will be at level 31 weird encounters... apparently from what I was told, you complete fake levels on the 'thesunking' side and end up having to do level 30 again ad reaching the correct level 31 (which is louisxiv). But since I want to beat the fake levels too, I'd like to find out the number pattern... and I'm pretty sure I know what to do in the 'real' level 31...

there are 10 sets of numbers, 1 that we have to find out. there are 2 3-digit numbers, 2 6-digit numbers, 2 8-digit numbers, 2 10-digit numbers and 1 16-digit number, and I assume the ? will be a 16-digit number as well... when you pair the numbers up this way, you'll notice that each pair has a number ending with 3, and a number ending with 8. Since 2111232113011138 ends with 8, I would assume ? ends with a 3. and of course, all numbers are either a 0, 1, 2 or 3 (with the exception of 8 at the end)...
I really hope someone can help us on that one. I'm gone for the next two days and won't be able to provide much help in solving this one...

I was trying to make out what the numbers were all about! I had only got as far as counting the amount numbers and I had noticed they ended in 3 or 8. I did see a post somewhere that said "1213=11121113" (which hasn't helped me much!!!)

It's the conway sequence. 1213 = 11121113... or 1213 = One 1, One 2, One 1, One 3. Do you follow? 11132 = Three 1s, One 3 and One 2 = 311312...

Find the clue in the source. Can you see the birds? take a closer look. See something in there? you may want to save the file and zoom in to find the answer to the level. Once you have it, type the word, followed by .htm and you'll be on your way to the next level.

Have you noticed that the image is a GIF (but it's called time.jpg). If you watch the image for like 10 minutes maybe, the numbers on the bottom will change. If you don't feel like waiting ten minutes;

I read the hints here and on the official forums, but I cannot figure out how to get the color codes. I have Photoshop and I've saved the picture to my computer, but I can't find a way to figure out what the colors are. Can anyone please give me a push in the right direction?
