:You can solve 16 by printing out the images and piecing them together. Then hold it up to a strong light to read it. Or just download GIMP and use that.

:17 is very, very simple. Go back to the source and read it again more carefully. Remember, you don't need to look anything up in Google unless there is a Google bar. The answer is easier than that.

Use the flashing light sequences. When a light is on count it as a 1 and when a light is off count it as 0. There are 5 or 6 different sequences. Translate the numbers using the binary alphabet which you can get easily from google. Sorry but I don't remember what the word was.

People are more willing to help you when you are calmer. For #8 you don't need the weights of the items in the photos, but the weights of the photos themselves. Try saving the files to your computer. And try to think of some other meanings of the word weight...because they aren't talking about mass.
