have you opened up the secret entrance in the dining hall yet? There you'll find the second lever. Use that one to raise the elevator. I THINK this might work. I'm going to try this now ;).

Look at the arrows. They refer to the dorms. (Ex: East Dorm points to the left) You have to move the lever to show where that dorm is located on the map. (The things around the lever is like a map. It refers to the 4 dorms)

Listen for when he throws the ninja stars... also give them time to "hit" your defenses. Then look for his head and aim your orange and then press space bar and throw your orange.
Don't give up. It took me 5 tries!
