OK, I really like help going through these games so I'll help if anyone was like me and randomly clicked around for 3 minutes.

HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)

Click the stick looking thing to the right of the red object. After it moves out from its half hidden spot, click it and drag it up to the arrows. When the arrows change, click the red object. When the bubble appears, but the stick inside the bubble.

That is where I am right now. It's not much, but hey.

Walkthrough

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

Click on the stick just behind Wogger
- The stick moves out
Click on the stick (near the floor) to pick it up
With the tip of the stick, knock the left arrow in the circle
- Both circles drop
Click on Wogger's head to get a thought bubble
The circles with arrows move into the bubble with 2 other arrows
Pick up the stick and put it in the bubble, between the circles
- Bubble closes
Click on the rope; Wogger crawls down
Click on ground to the left & below Wogger
- Wogger walks to the end of the tunnel
Click on the first ledge
- Wogger drops down 2 shelves
Click on the ground where Wogger is looking
Click on Wogger's head to open thought bubble
- 4 arrows in circles move into position
Click on all 4 arrows until they are pointing left
- Door will open
After Wogger moves, quickly click on his head to get thought bubble with stick still inside
Click on stick
- Stick drops down and props open door
- Wogger walks in and is reunited with Woti

And like Corona said: "Awww, how cute!"
