Wouldn't it be fun to know when they were doing that so you could have all your friends over and moon the eye in the sky?

I've been wanting them to add a feature like this! And I know exactly why I need it. I'm one of those visual learners. When I'm driving to a place, it really helps me to have a good idea of what the place will look like. If they expand this like I hope they do, I'll be able to look up directions and then instead of just looking for the street names when I need to turn, I'll know to look for the Dairy Queen that I need to turn by, or what have you.

Just thought I'd add this bit of information: Google Maps now shows images of Area 51. For those of you who do not know what Area 51 is, this is the military base where the United States stores all of its alien spaceships.
