Well, girls, I'm stuck. No ideas...
What about that secret panel on the sofa? Any hints?

Comment 225, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:14:00 PM

Mmmmmm

:
There appears to be a panel on the back of the flower pot. You need to look over the sofa's left arm rest to see it. Hope it's part of the game. I can't open it though.

Comment 230, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:19:00 PM

Well, how do we click on the couch arms to open the panel?

Comment 231, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:20:00 PM

Comment 232, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:21:00 PM

Comment 233, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:22:00 PM

Annie

:
I'm clutching at straws now, but do you think there would be any point to turning the gas on then hiding in the hole before I die? Or is that just suicide and I'll have to start all over again?

Comment 234, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:23:00 PM

Mrstigerstripes

:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
its left left right right left right left, then the panel opens
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

Comment 235, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:24:00 PM

Mrstigerstripes

Comment 236, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:25:00 PM

Annie

:
Mrstigerstripes - thankyou!

Comment 238, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:27:00 PM

Lurker

:
Annie, that's exactly what I thought when I realised we could get in the hole, but now I don't see what purpose it would serve. I'd forgotten to turn the pipe on when I tried it, & it was too far from the pipe to the hole so I died, I think it's possible though... if you wanna risk it (I've already had to start again twice!)

Comment 239, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:27:00 PM

Megan

:
yes thanks mrstigerstripes, no idea how you got that

Comment 240, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:28:00 PM

Annie

:
Possibly Megan. I've tried 30 (which is the nearest whoe number you can get with the equation, I've tried 480#16 and 480#9 I'm off to try some more. It would help if we knew how many digits.

Comment 241, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:29:00 PM

Kdsnail

:
the code must be the paper and the books somehow
if you read it down...you get blu, red, ora(nge), yel(low, gre(en), bro(wn), vio(let)

so the code must be
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
1,2,5,7 ?

Comment 242, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:30:00 PM

Annie

:
Lurker: maybe you dont turn the wheel as far? You can turn it what, 3 times? If I remember rightly, maybe only turn it once so it's a slow leak? I dunno.

Comment 243, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:31:00 PM

Megan

:
doing hiding in the hole from the gas.....and i died

Comment 244, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:32:00 PM

Annie

:
Ouch. Sorry Megan.

Comment 245, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:34:00 PM

Bubblemaker

:
for the code on the couch...

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

put the 3 peices of paper together... from left to right number the colours 1 - 7 ... look at the books on the shelf.. the order they are in is the code for the safe...

Comment 246, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:34:00 PM

Bubblemaker

:
after that...

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

get the timer from the safe... set the time to about 1:30 -2:00.

put the screen down...

put the wheel in the pipe..

when the timer gets to about 38 seconds..crank the wheel four times..

hide in the hole.. close the lid over..and wait..

Comment 247, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:37:00 PM

Annie

:
That didn't work for me.

Comment 248, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:37:00 PM

Lurker

:
That code's not worked for me :(.

Am I doing something stupid? Or does it depend on something like the switches?

I should really be working for my finals...

Comment 249, Saturday, May 13th 2006 08:37:00 PM

Annie

:
Bubblemaker, you have to warn people if you're going to give it all away in one spoiler - it's not fiar if we want to try ourselves, I looked because I thought you might be explaining more about the code. Warn us! Please :)
