I get palindrome and the numerals are 2168 if i am right.... tried 8612...."what type of numbers are they?" roman numerals? also tried 2168612...

:it's rather hard for me to explain how i got it, so i'll spare you the details and just give the answer.
the answer for 7 is

:no no i'll type, buuut hmm well its kinda confusing.
but if you look at the username/password box you'll see:

name: 2,4, ?, 10, 11, 8
and password:501,1000,1,4,2,?,500
you need to lay out those sequences as palindromes
ex: for the first name if you convert them to roman numerals you get:
iiiv?xxiviii
you see?
you need to make a palindrome.
so the missing letter must be an i, since that completes the palindrome..thingy. and a clue in the source tells us to put numbers instead of letters so i get: 1 for the name.
same goes for the password sequence. its confusing i know, but if you go ack and try it it may clear things up.
and password:501,1000,1,4,2,?,500
