You know, I had my reservations about Daniel Craig as Bond, but after viewing that trailer, I think he might just pull it off...he has certainly beefed up for the part, and looks a lot more built than previous bonds.

I think I am looking forward to this now, but yeah..what's with the UK release date being after the US? Bah!!

being a girleee I thought the best action bits were Bond coming out of the sea. Me thinks this film is going to be a good one!!!!!!

Being a Bond fan-atic, I'm sure I'll rush out to see it and find SOMETHING to rave about. I'm just not sure it's gonna be Daniel Craig. I would've preferred Clive Owen or Hugh Jackman, but sometimes you gotta play the hand your dealt. He just seems to lack the rugged handsomeness and debonair suave that I expect from 007. (Any thoughts, ladies...?) What the heck...most Bond films are only as good as their villain(s) anyway.

It does look a bit like a period piece, which is exactly what I want out of a Bond movie. Poker, dark (probably evil) beauty, chase scenes in improbable places... Any attempts to update the plots or technology always seem so out of place with 007's purpose, you know? I hope they make the enemy Cuban or Russian or something. North Korean just doesn't cut it. Oh, and the soft lighting, the red dress-this will be such an awesome movie! *squeal*

Now that someone mentions it, I really wish Clive Owen was the new James Bond. He could pull that off so well. I'm not as averse to the blond as I thought I might be.
