Hooray for the above commentary, truly I would not have made it through this day without such enlightened thoughts...
The person that made this has pretty good flash skills, but is bad at creating a good in-game environment. I'm guessing they were going for the "poorly made game" aspect to add to that humour, but instead it just ended up being annoying.
I don't like the music that starts out. It's too distracting. And, I just don't like the song.

Black screen and flashing colours are a part of the Start screen.
Try and find a "hot spot" in the lower centre (although thereshould be text, really...).
If it doesn't work, don't bother, as you're not missing a lot.
