:another nice n easy one for the bank holiday - although frustrating as i dont get the significance of the remote control by the desk - didnt need it to get out. or does it just give you more points if you 'solve' it?!?

Make all the small buttons match the colour of the long one at the bottom. Then click the gray box at the bottom of remote

:I'm finding a lot of things that just disappear & never appear below my game in inventory. All I have found that sticks around is the red puzzle piece. Is my game working properly, or does all the "booty" just add to your points & disappear?

:the points add up on the counter on the lower right side, high points get on a high point chart at the end of the game. Top score at this point is 8079, I've gotten 7277. Top 15 are listed. Good luck hope you make it there

:for B... this sounds like a flash player problem... if all else fails you can reinstall it... or clear the cache (even better) right click on the screan, selecting settings... click (i think) on the yellow folder with the green arrow... set the marker to zero (way to the left)... close it...right click again, settings again... set it bac to the middle (1mb) maybe... close and retry...
btw... great game... I actually did most of it by myself for once!

:#3 key is in the last drawer of the desk, which you get into with the gold key.

:Wow! The first game I got on my own in a looong time. Do I feel smart today. Maybe I should go do my assignment now. Guess it's too late - wasted my brain on another game instead of my assignment. Damn me!
Oh well... I managed to get 8100 points before the end, but only got like 8043 in the end. Did anyone get higher than 8100??

you get key #3 from the smiley face on top of the filing cabinet. Eyes must be round and looking down, not up, make sure his mouth is smiling and his nose is the small one pointing to the right. He shound then move aside to reveal the third key to the filing cabinet.

:Here's a walkthrough guys... i hope this works i've never done a walkthrough before so lets hope i've got this spoiler thing all figured out
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
-go to the right and click on the pot plant and collect all the coins (they won't come up in your inventory they're just points), click on the top left corner near the leaf and you'll see the gold key. get it
-on top of the shelves on the left there's a gem
-on shelf with the wine glasses there's a gold speck/nugget whatever you care to call it
-on top of shelves on the right -more collectables
-same goes with the inside of the yellow bin
-Filing cabinet - click on top and you'll see the smiley face and a gem, get the gem. With the smiley face you need to make it smile, eyes- big round eyes with eyeballs down the bottom, small nose facing the right and a smile on the face (i think). Key number 3
-use key in the 3rd draw of filing cabinet for yellow piece.
-desk, click on the shelf on the left and you get a pearl necklace (oh so pretty), now click on the right and you get a gold nugget,
-click on the desk and look inside both cups for more points
-now click on the left of the desk drawers and you should be looking at a hole where you can put the gold key into
-go through the desk drawers, only drawers 1 and 4 have anything useful, drawer four has key 2
- go right and click on the chair then click behind the desk to get the red piece and a gold nugget
-get back to the screen where you're looking at the chair and click ontop of the shelf. You'll see a remote. Change the top buttons to match the colours of the bottom ones then click on the bottom pannel for key 1
-back to filing cabinet. - key 1 gives you blue piece
-key 2 gives you gold coins and key 4
-key 4 gives you key 5 and green piece
-open the last drawer with key 5 and just put the pieces on the disc thing and that gives you another key to open the door with.

Don't worry, that's how it's supposed to work.
The things you actually need to use, will appear in your inventory..everything else won't :o)

:When I click on certain places--the door, the chair to the right of the desk, the shelf in the corner--the screen goes white. Does anyone else have this problem? How can I see these spots?

:AMS, you're not using a mac are you? This game worked fine for me on my PC at home, but when I tried it on my mac at work, I had the same problem as you.
It could be either that, or maybe the browser you are using.

I'm using a PC at work. I tried IE and Netscape (the only browsers on my computer) and neither worked. Hmm...maybe something needs to be updated. I guess I'll try it at home. Thanks for the info!
