If you right click on the right hand tree and select zoom in you should be able to see a circle that is a bit different from the rest of the tree. Have to zoom back out to clickt it though.

The numbers go UP if you click on the left-hand camels & go DOWN if you click on the right-hand camels. I'm working on whether you're supposed to hit a number based on the numbers given in the "istupid" newspaper.
