Ouverture Facile isn't just another online puzzle game where you have to change the URL to progress to the next level, although you do have do a bit of that, this one also features some nice flash elements which really adds something to the whole experience. Oh, and it's in French, did I not mention that before? Well you might have guessed from the name anyway. "Ouverture Facile" is French for "Easy Opening", which I would think is probably telling us that the game is easy to open, but difficult to close/finish. Bonne chance mes amis! [subbed by Philippe].

Christian
:Wow flo nice job lol
Flo
:I worked on level 69(96) for a while now and managed to decrypt the clue but I need some support now.
Tevan, Christian... any ideas??
Christian
:Ok well I just got started on this level and I havent figured much out yet...Don't tell me too much about this level yet because I'm just getting started...
So far...
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
...I've found out that 96.swf is the "swf" file for this puzzle just like any other level but if you switch it to 69.swf nothing changes except for the 69 symbol in the corner...But besides that I'm stuck...
Christian
:Ok I just stumbled upon a huge clue (Or at least I think...)but it needs to be used in some image editing softwares and I'm not good with that...
So if you could take a look at it...
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
"69.png" and "96.png" Look at the bottom of the snake and look for a difference...Very similar to level 64 with the two statues but I didn't know how to do it then either lol.
Flo
:christian
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
if you change the direction of the alphabet you´ll get
MROWLATEM-Y-METALWORM
and for the clue:
MISTER WHO
and if you type OWL in the answer-box (cause of MROWLatemy...), you´ll get an almost
that´s how far I am
Flo
:I suppose you´ve got those letters from the pictures??
Christian
:What do you mean if you change the direction of the alphabet?
Flo
:Z is the first and A the last letter
Christian
:And also what I found interesting is that you can type numbers in the answer box unlike many other levels...
Christian
:I am so confused with what you're doing lol
Flo
:what´s so confusing??
I´m doing nothing cause I´m stuck.
Christian
:I dont know...The google bar is there for a reason so I'm seeing what I can find on it...
Already fount out that Mister Who is a not so famous rapper... (Coincidence I'm sure)
But nothing for metalworm and nothing that can relate to the actual title of the level...
Well just like birds eat snakes...Owls eat worms...Mean anything?
Flo
:damn, it´s so easy!!
I thought about typing it in but i didn´t cause it´s so obvious!!
Christian
:Again Flo you found it lol...
Mind to help me out here lol
Flo
:It´s really almost Mr.OWL.
Think about the original form of it.
Christian
:Still dont know haha
Flo
:should I tell you the answer??
it´s really simple.
Christian
:um...yes lol
Christian
:Then the big lv 70 will be all me haha
Flo
:SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
you have to translate owl back again..
owl = ldo
owl = ldo
Christian
:Oh god I did that but I did it wrong lol...
For some reason I got nkd lol
Flo
:ok, it´s quite late now...
i´ll continue tomorrow, enjoy lvl70
Flo
:Christian
Any ideas how to start lvl 70??
All I´ve found was
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
domino.swf in the source code
but I´ve no idea what to do with that..
Flo
:another thing i found interesting:
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
the url says ldo, so i typed in wiki and got something about voltage stabilizer. maybe this takes us a step further to the solution
Flo
:i´m absolutely stuck here....
pls let me know if you´ve got something that could lead us on
Tevan
:Wow... I go away for one day and you're two levels ahead...
I've got some time so I'll start looking for clues.
Tevan
:As for lead-ons, the forum says something about how its possible to read in the dark...
Christian
:Yo Flo how did you get wiki from ldo?
Christian
:Nevermind to my last comment I'm an idiot lol
Christian
:ok so info so far...
LDO stands for Linear Drop Out Regulator which has to do with voltage resistors circuits etc.
But that's all I got.
And about the domino.swf, that is also the name of the clue so it can't be too important.
Christian
:As for the title/clue clue...I've tried everything I could that could be useful for reading in the dark and got nothing...
-Flashlight
-light
-bulb
-lamp
Nothing...lol
Tevan
:Have you guys tried typing in an answer? it leads to "/ido/<youranswer>/the71
I know that could just be the next level, but it might help somewhat...
Tevan
:voltage stabilizer + domino
Is there perhaps a comparison between both? both can be "switched" to initiate reactions... but other than that...
Flo
:I just found out that "domino" is the french word for those parts in the picture!!
Tevan
:Yay! That helps us none....
but what does it translate to in English?
Tevan
:You guys owe me one...
the answer is
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
kiss
Flo
:Tevan, how did you get that??
Christian
:Good job Tevan but...seriosuly how did ya get it?
And am I the only one stuck on 71?
Flo
:I´m stuck on 71 too.
I´ve no idea how to decrypt this stuff, tried it with my cell-phone but I got nothing. Maybe it´s because the T9 on my phone isn´t good in english..
Tevan
:How I got it?
Image over-lays, more cryptology, and a whole lot of German =P
but is the code T9? Because that could help...
Tevan
:Wait, I just got it... I have a T9 phone at home, i'll check it out there and see if it leads to anything
Christian
:Already tried T9...And got nothing
I have absolutely no clue what to do haha.
No google bar either...That doesnt help.
Christian
:Ok so clues we got right now...
Picture of a cell phone meens it obviously has something to do with a phone...
The word WIN is written 5 different times in the message so it is obviously important.
But other then that...we got nothing
No clue...
No source code errors...
No forum help...
No google bar...
No hidden text...
Just something to decrypt
Christian
:What I find odd is that when I sometimes try to click on the clue...A pop up comes up...
There's two things I find odd about this...
1. I have never seen this before on another level and it only comes up every now and then...
2. It's in the same format as every other web page on the ouverture facile website...
Could it be part of the clue? Or have I just missed this all along...?
I'm afraid to click on it lol
Christian
:Pssht am I pro or what...
Flo got lv 69...Tevan got 70...And I took care of 71 =)
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Caramel
Christian
:Wait I'm on 74 now...?
How did I go from 71 to 74???
Christian
:Talk about very strange luck or is it supposed to be like this?
Tevan
:wow, how'd you get that Christian? Genius! whatever it was =P
I'll start on 71/74 lol
Tevan
:You found that weird zoomed-in piece of paper, right?
the one that reads
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
xcsso3lowrsaxaw30
Christian
:Ya...Howd you tell apart the Oh's from the Zero's?
But other then that I'm lost on this one too lol
