he used a french keyboard in france, then relocated to the us. Look at the url and map it from french keyboard to american.
Now I have to figure out part 2 of the puzzle.

You're close. look at the url...the last word has no sense...that's cause is written with the french keyboard. Translate it with the american keyboard
