Ouverture Facile isn't just another online puzzle game where you have to change the URL to progress to the next level, although you do have do a bit of that, this one also features some nice flash elements which really adds something to the whole experience. Oh, and it's in French, did I not mention that before? Well you might have guessed from the name anyway. "Ouverture Facile" is French for "Easy Opening", which I would think is probably telling us that the game is easy to open, but difficult to close/finish. Bonne chance mes amis! [subbed by Philippe].

:help level 8!!!
Rob
:I'm on 11, the one with the TV and the remote... I've turned the brightness up on my screen and nothing useful. I saw something about using Photoshop but I don't have it. If I could get something useful and not something that only someone who has figured it out already would understand that would be greatly appreciated.
Mike8
:please help with 8!
Mike8
:Rob how do i do 8 its the one with the cell phone
Waterfall
:im only lvl 6 and i don't know how to use the ascii codes. I know that you have to use the "alt" key but i don't know how to translate it from there. Please help.

If you have a cellphone take a good look at it and think of sending a text message
Mike8

:Rob
Look at the screen from dif. angles whilst fiddling with the brightness etc - if that doesnt work - try another screen...
...I thought I figured out 31 - got AV**** as the answer but it doesnt work... am I on the right track pplz?
Rob
:Heh...
I have a feeling that this game has the ability to make a lot of people feel dumb at one point or another... I'm still plugging away here at 11.
Chiara
:Can someone please help me with level 22 (decrypt - the one where you have to use levels 6 and 20). I can't seem to get the last step where you have to change the numbers into pictures. I tried everything but I still can't make the connection between my numbers and these symbols.
A tip/nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! P.S. I'm a Mac user with a laptop (which means I don't have a numeric keyboard).
Michael
:--Joey
if you're still on 15 the answer is

flag.htm
Chiara
:Or an answer would be nice too. I've been working on this for two days and I feel I've gotten nowhere...
Rayzor
:K figured 31 - One letter was wrong - if your stuck on this one - this page may help http://www.webscapades.com/france/paris/metro.htm
Rob
:*sigh*
Now I am reduced to crawling on my hands and knees trying to look at this screen from different angles. Either I just don't see what others can or it was a prank and you just wanted to see if I'd crawl around my computer. :)
Chiara
:Rob, here's a hint:
Use photoshop.
Rob
:Thanks for the advice Chiara, but I don't have photoshop.
Chiara
:Anytime. :) Hmm, photoshop isn't necessary. You can just use a program that allows you to alter images.
Ragbarok
:Can someone help me with lvl 9?
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
I got tthe words tofu wine and salt.... I just don't know what to do with em... someone help please~</spoiler
Rob
:Would I be able to use Paint? Because I got it open now but am not sure how to get the picture onto the program as I can't seem to save it.
Chiara
:Rob:
Take a screenshot (if you're a PC user, press the "prntscrn" key on the upper right part of your keyboard, then go to your paint program and paste it. If you're a Mac user, press the apple key, shift and '3', and the screenshot should be saved to your desktop.)
I'm not *exactly* sure if Paint has the certain feature that you need in order to solve the puzzle. Look at the title of the puzzle and the clue; hopefully you'll be able to figure out which feature you need to use on the photo altering program.
Jason
:Can someone please help me with #19.
I found the sunshine.htm but I can't figure out what it means
Mike8
:Im COMPLETELY stumped on 9 with ANYTHING to do PLEASE help!

:Rob,
If you d/l PHOTOFILTRE from the GAME RULES page you can use that (It will also help you in later levels).
Jason,
Re-Read the clue... and dont make assumptions... ;)
Jackp0t
:I've been stuck on level 24 for a week with no progress, I don't want to quit the game, but I just can't do it... I need some huge help or even the answer please. If you can, send it to jackp0t.woot@gmail.com
Thanks!
Rayzor
:Jackp0t,
The clue says that "QUEEN OF HEARTS = D"
A better clue would be "KING OF DIAMONDS = C"
...The numbers on the back of the cards ARE important
Jason
:thanks for the clues guys, but i'm still having trouble with #19. Is it so obvious that I'm missing it?
Rory
:level 22 is KILLING me! can i have help with converting numbers to symbols? help!!!
Rayzor
:Jason,
After spending ages trying to find that url, entering it and getting frustrated with it... It took me quite a while to see what was right in front of my eyes...
I cant give you any more help without telling you how to pass the level directly...
Maybe try going and doing something else for a few mins/hrs and then come back... ?
